Camp Heather 2009 ~ July 6 - 10 was a busy and wonderful week as "the 3 Heathers" offered their services to 22 girls ages 7 - 11yrs. Yoga Heather, Singing Heather and Art Heather created this camp for the girls to have a positive experience and a place to create and be honored for who they are. Kirsty also joined us to teach drama, Hagit did cooking and Camper/Nature Ken did a couple of interesting nature walks.

Support Ken's Ride to Conquer Cancer

The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Princess Margaret, is a cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls that my husband, Ken, is embarking on to fight cancer. Through completing this ride Ken hopes to support even more research to finding a cure and increasing the success rate of treatment.

Go to Ken's Conquer Cancer site to donate.
