Teaching has been a very delightful part of my life. 
Heather Skoll (Malachaya), is the owner of Movement From Within; and has been personally in "Movement" since she was 4 years old.She began with ballet and theatre and has 30 years of experience teaching drama, dance and fitness classes. Heather received her yoga certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2000 and has been loving teaching yoga classes since then to adults, children and youth and children with autism. Heather is also a certified Rubenfeld Synergist and offers one-on-one sessions to people looking for relief from holding emotions and who would like to experience peace in their lives. Heather knows personally about the search for peace as she journeyed through the special needs of two of her three boys. This was a journey to the health and well being of a mother and her children that begin with self- care, nurturing and passion. 
I hope that this year you will have the opportunity to experience yoga for yourself, for your child, or together in a “Mom and Daughter” or “Family” class. Perhaps a session in the Rubenfeld Synergy Method® or a workshop on “Listening Touch” will appeal to you. Either way, in whatever you choose, I wish you peace and support. There are many lessons that I have learned in my life, and the teacher part of me wants to share them all, however, more important than anything that I can teach you is the connection that we share with each other. Being present with each moment and each event may be the very best we all can do. For me, doing yoga, teaching yoga, and learning from my students is a wonderful gift for which I am grateful at all times. I thank all of you for your support, your growth and your feedback.
