
It is amazing for me to teach children and youth who are benefiting from the physical aspects of yoga, and are also learning strategies to stay relaxed, calm, and focused.
Working together with my youth clients, we have developed the Yoga Youth web pages which we hope will be enjoyable and informative to you. Maybe we will even inspire you to try yoga, whether you do a pose, breathe in to your belly or join a class.
Being in touch with your body and your breathing can help to relax your mind. Overall, you can feel better about yourself and who you are.
Yoga is a gift that you can give yourself
