What helped you decide to try yoga?
I wanted to be more relaxed and do something with my best friend "Liz Lamborgini".
What do you like about yoga classes?
I trust everyone there, so I can share anything. I get very relaxed. It teaches me and gives knowledge about my mind body and soul.
How has yoga helped you in everyday life?
I have less stress. I am more relaxed and able to cope with more.

It's fun to balance. It makes me feel strong.
